Dr. Danladi Whitten, PT, DPT, CPT graduate of Howard University c/o 1997 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences. At Thereafter received a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. Dr. Whitten worked for seven years in an outpatient orthopedic clinic as a contractor. In 2001, Dr Whitten and his partner opened Progressive PT Center, a private practice clinic and transitioned to full-time, autonomous practitioner by 2007. In 2018 he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Howard University. Specializing in out-patient orthopedics, aquatics therapy has mastered manual therapy techniques. He has helped countless people on the road to their full recovery. As a certified strength trainer he rehabilitates patients with a comprehensive therapeutic exercise program. Certified in dry needling in 2020 by the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. An expert in massage therapy gives him the healing touch. Patient practice typically involves one-on-one treatment sessions focusing on the patient’s specific needs. In addition, he has over 40 years experience as a martial artist, combative instructor, and the owner of JTR Jujutsu International in Washington DC.
